Rita Foord is a Senior Contracts Manager with 30 years of experience managing and administering contracts for Prefeasibility Studies, Feasibility Studies, EPC and EPCM projects within the mining, oil and gas, industrial, institutional, transportation, and infrastructure sectors.
Rita’s portfolio includes corporate compliance, procurement and contract management, strategic planning, risk management, ethics compliance and contracts policy and procedure development. After starting out her career as a site contract administrator, Rita has held progressively more senior positions in the procurement groups for major engineering and construction companies.
Rita is a hands on manager with a focus on the mentoring of co-workers in order to share her knowledge in the development, administration and management of service, major construction, minor construction and consulting contracts on a firm priced, unit priced, cost reimbursable / fixed fee and lump sum basis from inception to closeout. Rita is a highly respected individual in the industry. She works closely with clients and team members to ensure compliance in accordance with the projects requirements.
