David is a Supply chain and Strategic Sourcing Executive, with extensive experience in developing and implementing corporate strategies thru innovation, teamwork, leadership and results driven orientation. Dave has extensive experience achieved through his role as Director of Category Management for one of the largest North American Oil and Gas/ Mining Companies. David is recognized by both Industry and Academia for his contribution to building better Supply Chain Professionals.
Some of his key accomplishments include:
- Accountable for setting and exceeding targets for spend with First Nations thru consultation, business planning and corporate governance;
- Led the development and implementation of a new Supply Chain Operating Model including the design and stand up of Category Management;
- Led the merger of two SCM organizations for Major Oil and Gas/Mining Company
Dave is currently Founder and Principal of Value Delivered Inc., a Supply Chain consultancy, focused on Oil & Gas, Mining and working with First Nations to build and expand business opportunities. David is a Certified Professional Purchaser and a Certified Procurement manager.
